The Merrimack Firefighters 5K is a flat and fast race in Merrimack, NH.
(I know what youre thinking. Flat and Fast? Every 5K is described as flat and fasteven if its got a bunch of hills! But last year I ran my fastest 5K in years here, so my legs are quite sure the course is flat and fast! :-)
